i just bought a new ram which is Kingston Hyper Genesis 1866Mhz RAM...
im using
asus m4n68t-m v2 mobo
amd phenom 965 3.4mhz..
can some one help me to setting my mobo?

if you are using non-BE cpu, you need to increase HTT
btw your ram can run at 1600 divider

AMD doesn't support xmp profile ram but can manually set in bios via cpy bus speed or ram divider as lengchai mentioned.

Try increase ur bus speed (will auto increase HTT, cpu clock speed and ram speed as well). When u see ur ram speed reach 1866, decrease ur HTT and cpu clock speed near to default or speed that u needed using multiplier as ur cpu ar unlockable multiplier (black edition). Also u need to increase a bit north bridge freq as ur bus speed increased.

i guess:
400mhz = ddr3 800
533mhz = ddr3 1066
667mhz = ddr3 1333
800mhz = ddr3 1600

you try to set it to 800mhz, then post cpuz memory tab screen shoot?
