yes, with the latest promotion of RM360 for both ePaper and physical newspaper, I think it will make the situation worse if they do not upgrade their server bandwidth. Sometime it may take 1 whole day to finish download 1 day paper. 1 hour is quite normal in the morning. Definitely will not pay for this kind of service. But since it is free, just bear with it at the moment.

Note II is really a jinx device - drop it from the edge of my table to the floor just now. it broke into 4 pieces - phone, battery, battery cover and Nillkin hard case. Luckily not a scratch after assemble it back in 1 piece. But i really never drop my Note I or my any other android device so bad.

lol.... i can be a script writer already. luckily the phone was face up when i accidentally push it over the edge. So basically it landed on the back cover. Must be really careful with this beast. If mine is white colour, the accident might not happen coz the grey colour with black nillkin case is not so noticeable on my dark brown table top. It is in stealth mode.

you means cannot transfer apps to run in microSD? answer is yes but not becoz of Note II hardware but becoz of Android system, since ICS (correct me if i am wrong).

yes, I am using it since I got the Note II at launch. No problem at all for finger touch or SPen.

Got a new replacement battery from Samsung SC for my Note I yesterday. Flashed it to the latest LSA JB ROM. Although also on JB, but can feel it not as responsive compared to Note II. So Note II Quad-core CPU and 2GB ram really make a difference.

they are just the 2-3 unlucky ones among the others hundred plus users in the "registered" list. If you are worried, dun do any root/mod to your Note II first until maybe after 1 month when you think it should be a good unit.

dunno if I get Note II from Maxis and possible sell it at garage for RM2,100 or not - to save some money on the plan.

not really, it suit me perfectly. Just that i can't tahan the temptation and bought it 1 day before the launch without plan.

better than overcharging. I prefer them to suspend the data service than charging me extra since if you really need the extra data, can just pay more to get it.

are you currently on contract with DiGi? If not, pay all your outstanding DiGi bills. Then step into Maxis tell them you want to sign up new line for surfmore 75. While registering, tell them you want to port your DiGi line over. They will give you a new sim card and do the necessary.

If you are currently on contract with DiGi. Then beside settling all outstanding bills, tell them you are leaving them and ask them to calculate the penalty. Pay the penalty and you are free to go other celcos.

wow.... the normal computer USB port cannot increase the charge of the battery of Note II at all. Plug my phone to my computer since 2pm just now, the battery life has dropped from 51% to 50% with the phone idling with 3G and WiFi connected.

office PC, how to upgrade but there is USB3.0 port at the back panel. May try some day.

i dun really charge my Note II directly after i got my spare battery and desktop charger. Just that need to transfer some files from the device just now, so need to connect it via front casing USB port. With the desktop charger, normally i will have 1 fully charged battery standby.

wow.. so serious? i only refrain myself from charging in car. Use to charge my Note in office quite often. Maybe your computer USB port got spiked.

you mean your camera flash will flash when there is notification? For normal turning off of flash in camera, just tap the flash icon to change. To turn off notification - Setting>>Display>>LED indicator>>untick Notifications.

I am on Omega 7.2 but dun face this problem.

yes, i always take good care of my gadgets too. Can't believe my eyes when i saw the Note I sold to my sis-in-law - the RM140 SGP Glas.T SP has been "folded" at one corner. I have been using it for about 9 months in perfect condition and she just got it from me 1 month plus ago.
