But iinm 1st statement might not be actual "full" month period right?
and/or iinm the 1st statement is issued at the end of 2nd month (after installed)..

Can you confirm if the statement actual charge is lower than your advertised rebate RM223.50, you will also rebate back up to that amount or follow statement (if lower) ?

so in other words, rebate will be RM233.50 regardless whether the 1st month bill is higher or lower than that amount?

I wanted to upgrade my streamyx package to 8Mb. Is it possible that i can do the upgrade registration on his behalf? He do not need to be physically here for the upgrade process right ?? i just need to fill up his detail into the form will do??

Another ques, is it possible for a place to have only unifi availability but streamyx isn't available? This is told by an agent my housemate previously deal with, he moving out soon and cancel unifi subscription. If u able to check the availability, I can share my location to u. Thanks.

Hi Mika, registered with you for unifi last year, I just re-contract again with the offer of RM169 for vip10 after receiving a call from TM.

But my bill came today without any discount @ 199, how can I settle this?
If I call to TM about this, usually how long they use to amend?
Or there is other way to settle it quicker?
