Hacking or Modications depends where you want to put the modem. Registration is within 24-Hours, if accurate and complete details are provided. How long will depends how fast you register. Only when registration will know the slotting of your appointment which is within 2 to 30 days. As simple as early registration, you can choose early appointment than other that register later than you.
