Hi bro, I wish to terminate my Astro IPTV and go fo Unifi instead. No longer on contract. So whats the best way to apply and reduce internet downtime? Should I apply Unifi and request termination at the same time? Thanks.

1. It depends on customer, if you terminate first then it's customer own risk that you may not have internet to use if the NEW Installation failed eg. Port Full, Port Damage, Connection Problems, etc... In return if successful installed you save 1 month charges from existing internet charges. So, everything got PROS and CONS. It's customer to decide.

2. Of course, you can have many many houses with many many UniFi Accounts and TM are very very Happy to Charge You unless you're Blacklisted for not paying overdue payment. Bill are independent and customer got TM Online Account to check all bills.

Hi, kindly can you check on this address :- No.7 to No.10A, jalan tasik tambahan 1, kampung tasek permai, 68000 ampang.... house beside me already have unifi coverage since 2014 (No.5 jalan 3/1, taman tasik tambahan,68000 ampang)... kindly may i know if i can pay for fibre cable tarik to my house for unifi/maxis 50-100MBps?... last visit by tm contractor people, they said nearest DP To my home are DP28... kindly please help, and if possible to 'tarik' some extra fibre length to my house.. do let me know the estimated sum $ (Approx. 10-15 meter from house/taska beside me that covered by unifi)... i applied fibre since 2010, already ditch my streamyx on 2006... thanks....

Thanks Mika. I've taken the safer option to apply first. Application submitted for your processing. I've put under remarks my requirement and will deal with the installer to proceed only if they are okay to reuse the existing fiber which goes through built in piping.
