If you're talking to TM Upper Management Personnel, you can trust 90% but if you're talking to Lower Management Personnel or TM 100 Customer Service or Sub Contract Customer Service, you can only trust 50%. You can simply test them by giving those normal Q&A that you know the answer to them and they may unable to answer it correctly and you can GOOGLE around or search at LYN forums which are too many of those issues.
