Everything has contract in TM. It's impossible as TM don't customize their package to only for some users.

1st post does not have the info about Add-On Voice pack I question about it.
TM show "Not Applicable" for some of the Add-On so I'm confuse about the package.

Hi I have a question regarding unifi upgrade. Is the upgrade done automatically? Or do you need to send tm contractor to my house?

Edit: I mean upgrading from 5 mbps to 30 mbps

We don't want to do Add-On Voice because no income, waste time and make us headache later on. It's better that you directly deal with TMPoint for any add-on services, since their statement is not always ACCURATE on many things where you can easily see on those forums with complains.

Can swap the tv package after few months?

I am using streamyx 4mpbs, plan to upgrade to unifi 30mbps.

My house internally don't have the fibre cabling, so do I need to ask a contractor to come first for the internal cabling or TM installation team come first?

Will I be charged extra if the TM installation team come for second time?

The problem is I have no idea where is the connecting point from the external side to my house as my area just got the unifi support.

Also no coffee for them to work hard. Nothing can be done, as we work for TM not TM work for us. Just wait until they really have time to look into it.

Interested to upgrade to UniFi but concerned with contract. If I move houses and my new house does not have UniFi, will I be penalized if I terminate?
