I am using streamyx 4mpbs, plan to upgrade to unifi 30mbps.

My house internally don't have the fibre cabling, so do I need to ask a contractor to come first for the internal cabling or TM installation team come first?

Will I be charged extra if the TM installation team come for second time?

The problem is I have no idea where is the connecting point from the external side to my house as my area just got the unifi support.
