Cash Rebate = You need to email us your 1st Bill Payment Slip & your Bank Account.

Yes, will be more but not advisable as any termination of TM products need 30-Days cool-off period, which means you cannot apply anything else using the same name on the same address. Anyway you can use another person name to register.

We still prefer you to use Upgrade to UniFi for EASY, FAST & SAFE because if you terminated streamyx & unlucky that your area UniFi port full or technical problem unable to install unifi then you will cry all the way with no internet access.

Hi,

Any cancellation require 1 month Cool-Off period. After 1 month you can re-apply with NEW UniFi account with all NEW Equipment & FREE Gift.

If you cannot wait for 1 month or don't want to risk on Port Full problems, you can apply using other person name & cancel the old one after installation has been done.

Cannot, as they only got 2 time slot which is Morning 9:30am & Evening 2:30pm. You can request to install when you are off work day which our registration form can let you choose the day you want but you click all day you are free for the installation sweat.gif

Please read all T&C from the e-mail, you can change installation appointment by calling TM UniFi Customer Service at the Registration Slip.

There is no upfront payment to pay first as you no need to pay anything until the 1st Bill arrive. Maximum for 1st Bill is 2 Months subscription fees + 6% Govt Tax + Stamp Duty. 1st Bill is calculated by PRO-RATED rates since you're not installed on 1st day of the month.

Because you stated your Preferred Installation Day is Saturday.
Saturday & Sunday slot is very very limited as 90% of customer want to be installed on that day. sweat.gif

Of course UniFi is much more better than Streamyx.

- Current Technology vs 20+ Years Back Technology.
- UniFi: Fiber transmitting thru light signal which mostly impossible to be strike by lightning unless being hit thru A/C Power.
- Streamyx: Copper got tear/wear which drop in speed and can be easily strike by lightning.
- 5M, 10M, 20M Download Speed vs 1M, 2M, 4M, 8M Download Speed.
- 5M, 10M, 20M Upload Speed vs 384K, 512K Upload Speed.

Since TM are giving FREE UniFi/Streamyx Router it's of cheap router. If you want 24x7 non-stop stability, you need to buy better Router. tongue.gif
