every G-Shock fans should have at least one DW5600 series... hehe... as this is the 'classics' of G-Shock...

haha...im not G-Shock fan actually.just want to find a watch that durable enough and can last me for years.
maybe you want to recommend other model.

Most shop do carry basic g under rm200, such as dw-9052-1 and dw-6900-1v
If you cant find any, go to sumiit usj, there are 2 shop over there, the one at the LG level,they put these two under rm199 section

Haha actually i dont like they way dw-5600 to display the day of week in 2 word only
So i never thought of having this one

gd-100 series is vey nice, but if you do hesitate about clarity of dial display, negative display gd-100-1b might not be suitable for you, but it is very nice watch there, personally i bought Gd-100ms military version as i like the red display and red LED light, it look very clear when you check the time
