It does work, and most board manufacturers have their own overclocking feature for their boards. How far OC Genie can bring your components though depends on your board and your components' limitation. Don't expect too much from an Auto overclocking feature .
I guess I go for manual overclock. Now suddenly people mention about this Virtu MVP thingy, which is like using both iGPU and GPU to boost performances. Why nowadays motherboard also pattern banyak banyak.
Question : Would there be anyone willing to buy a used casing and PSU only? Because I want to sell my bitfenix shinobi and 550W enermax and upgrade to carbide 400r+enermax 650W is there any "cases" where people do this?
How's the case condition ? Damn I am interested. PM me !
thanks bro for the suggestion how about intel 17? adn is there any significant different between xeon and i7. i did some reading but do not really get the different other than price. btw i do not need casing i already have it
Performance is the same for Xeon and i7, Xeon is cheaper because it does not has iGPU(which is weak and useless) and lack of ability to overclock.
Xeon = Price of i5 = i7's performance.

im planning to buy my rig tomorrow or this christmas eve at viewnet..it is better to assemble by myself or just let the shop do the assembling for me? need opinion here
I suggest better go to lingloong or Zhen Wei's shop, they will build it for you and their cable management skill is awesome, you can check on thier facebook.
I'm looking for a gaming rig. I'm only in need of the processor, the motherboard and a graphic card. My budget would be RM1.5k for these three. I've read through the thread briefly. Here's what been recommended.
Intel Core i3 3220 Asrock B75M-DGS Sapphire HD 6870 1GB
Any further recommendation? Currently I have a Silverstone Strider 500W power supply.
