100% working purposes.

However, your recommendation for the working purpose, no need for a graphic card?
*
No need.
i7 comes with integrated graphic should be enough to handle rendering purpose.

Silverstone SG02 case RM299

Tumpang suggestion.
i3 3220 and 4gb ram should be enough I think for normal internet browsing, watch movies, etc.
About RM150 more can spend for a better monitor tongue.gif
Btw you miss out the power supply. A Gigabyte Powerock 420W RM109 should be enough.

Made some adjustments based on Cable707's suggestion:
Intel Xeon E3 1230v2 RM699
MSI B75MA-P45 RM229
Kingston 8gb Ram RM142
WD Blue 500gb RM169
Sapphire 7870 XT RM849
Seasonic S-series 620W RM299
21.5" monitor Dell S2240L RM499
--- DVD-RW reuse ---
Casing CM K280 RM129
Total RM3015 *Price taken from Viewnet*

In fact i5 still doing pretty good job for simulation programs like Quartus, Xlinx etc. However Xeon offer the similar spec as i7 but losing the integrated graphic and overclock potential. Yet, with cheaper price point. smile.gif

Value/Normal ram is fine because performance ram don't really give significant improvement in gaming.
Price drop of core series processors are unknown, rumors estimated to be launched at June.

Wow, most of the people recommend Intel Xeon E3 1230v2. looks like it is really good. I also first time heard of it. integrated graphic is not so important right since I have the graphic card? or having both integrated graphic & GC is better?
*
The integrated graphic is no longer to be used once u have a graphic card to handle all graphical things.

Processor you are using now still decent for your tasks.
Won't bother to change graphic card if not playing latest games.
Try SSD perhaps, for loading programs faster.
