back to question, when modifying this FPR, was the original petrol hose cut?
i tengok the hose yang masuk to injector is a lock type instead of old wira type where it is fastened with clips.

and this hose goes till the fuel filter. unless i tarik another hose from there up to the injector rail.
hm.....takut plak nanti tergeser , mau mati aku!

+1. aku biarkn tuner pasang dan setkn. dia pun ckp average set dlm 4 bar dah cukup. nak tune betul2 mmg makan masa nak test drive dyno bagai mmg tak berbaloi. jadi ikut tuner setting aje. tapi 5.2 tu 1st time aku dgr ada tuner set gitu sweat.gif

i am now told to reset it to 3.6 to 3.7 PSI meter for pick up. -.-

hehe my mistake . use that psi value. mine use tomei gauge. set it at 4 is ok. if it over little 4 still ok bro. no need worry, its mechanical not electrical eq. no need to be too accurate smile.gif

I can't find the calculation online.

I think mine is bar meter.

u misunderstood me. just set the reading that has value 4. i cant remember my gauge shows psi or bar. its either one of that value.
just checked mine at 4 kg/cm2. check ur gauge unit

Nak cerita I punya kisah..
Belakang HU rupenya suda ada blank ISO socket for AUX. So I DIYed with some metal pins taken from old molex socket, soldered with 3.5mm jack cable then cucuk there holes accordingly.. it works rclxms.gif

But then I think I only use them for couple of weeks, dissapointed coz the signal input from AUX usually very low which need to crank up volume double to get audibly acceptable as in tuner mode. Plus also when too high volume level will get those electric noise come in. inb4 using cheap rm4 cable doh.gif

At the end of day I ditched the whole thing, replaced with proper aftermarket ICE setup..with USB input of coz. Now Ayam feel satisfied. cool.gif

aku kena gak yang engine warning light tu.... mmg o2 sensor.. lepas tukar o2 sensor, mmg ada lain feel.

o2 sensor rosak kena tukar, kalo tak ecu akan buat calculation fuel and air ratio pelik2...pastu dia akan buat anggaran untuk fuel anda bila anda pijak throttle.

I see. I just checked mine. Its at 5.2 psi if I'm not mistaken.

so far people that told me bout their settings:
1) 3.6 - 3.7 PSI
2) 4.0 - 4.2 (not sure what unit)

The gauge are either in bar, psi or or kg/cm2.
If your gauge show 100, measuring are in psi as 4 bar is roughly around 59psi. 4 bar is around 4.08kg/cm2. It's not the exact calculation, just closer.

Good tuner usually set it depend on whether you are on stock fuel pump and stock injector or using the likes of heavy duty fuel pump with over 250lph pump capacity.

Don't forget to change the clogged fuel filter during installation of FPR.

u need to check ur gauge. what brand u use for ur gauge? ur psi value is incorrect. as i google around 4 kg/cm2 is equal to apprx 60 psi. some gauge has 2 unit scale in it. please check ur gauge thoroughly smile.gif

i believe gen2 doesn't have fuel filter like the normal one u bought at spare part shop. it has a strainer at the fuel pump. its look like dirt trap u found in semi auto washing machine but in small form tongue.gif

But the thing is if I change the HU...it wouldn't look nice with the single or double DIN, macam tak ori dah la biggrin.gif

I wonder if there's any HU that would retain the look but I can slot in a USB pendrive into it brows.gif

market already have single din cover for gen2. it will fit nicely. aftermarket hu is way better performance than stock hu. some of them u can even hook them to work with ur steering control.

got got. persona SE head unit. fit nicely. and aux infront. with usb(although the usb suks).
