Looks like all the basic things u installed

1.fuel pressure regulator
2.cam pulleyyyyssss -> a bit hassle tho
3.lighter rims& slimmer tyres ( i suksesfully jimat minyak after change to lighter rim, which means better acc)
4.go diet (ur own body laaa -> im yet to diet coz always drink drink with client )

as i google around, u can shift the powerband. campro is dohc so it has more potential than sohc. i'm heading to ea for further explanation. u can actually read some info here adj cam pulley. its an old thread by the way

Get a good fuel regulator to avoid intermittent jerky engine problem as if sometimes feel like no fuel supply.

oh ya, does it make a difference if i switch my air intake hose to direct.

like make a hole on my bumper?

u need to do proper CAI if u want to do that. think about driving in flood area, water might comes into your airbox then god now what happen then. for me just put big snorkel will do. credit to jenal info from previous thread

how much does proper CAI cost?

any recommendations in particular. because my engine jerks when the weather is hot and my acceleration seems to drop when the weather is hot.

i've no experience with CAI, maybe other member can guide u. Samurai X maybe. from ur symptom, does CEL light on when u having this jerks or stall?

Lol...me car newbie la. No longer into car modification. More on a DIY.
CEL does not turn on during hot weather jerky ride. Unless the sensors or anything related to it are at fault. More like a characteristic of the Campro engine.

I think good CAI is not a straight hole + air duct job. You need a proper filtration to avoid more dust accumulated in the air filter. Not just sucking air and more water during rainy days....lol.
Can consider bigger air intake too.
Its the quality of air and not the quantity that matter.
Cheap CAI setup cost under RM1xx and the good one with filtration cost over RM2xx.

Position of O2 sensor on aftermarket extractor does affect the AF ratio reading. Could be false reading and running too lean.
I just DIY changing the air-con fan motor with high speed one and flush the radiator. Now using Toyota coolant. I noticed car behave as usual during hot weather.

kalau guna adj cam pulley, apa setting utk pick up? advance intake + retard exaust or retard intake + advance exaust? correct me if i'm wrong..

For me, no change at all hahaha
I just like the sound coming from my muffler after the setting. But significant loses when i changed back to my ori crankpulley

my O2 sensor should be okay and there's no CEL lights on.

just only when the weather is hot, car seems to be jerky and lack of power to accelerate but when its night time my car is really smooth and acceleration is good.

thats why i've been thinking of ways to get my car to have cold air even during hot weather but not sure is it possible.

and was also told to get a CAI.

some friend of mine told me CAI is gimmick and does not help and told me to just do a straight hose from the bumper.
