When price goes up this high, it will be a challenge to dipose/sell of the units. You would have paid RM1.6M for a RM800K property by the time you finish servicing the loan, not to mention the high monthly repayment biting a huge chunk from ur disposable income.But price of the DSTH has shot up from RM500K++ launcing price 2 years back to the recent asking prices of > RM800 K.
