Honestly, I would suggest that you go to a banker to get valuation of the house. Dont go straight without getting valuation of the house.
I believe AI has a lot of potential. Tinta launch price was around RM580K and now it is selling at RM1.6 million.
Even Pentas is higher priced than Canting. So it is highly unlikely to go wrong buying Canting. just my 2 cents

INP alam impian house still consider reasonable price as compare with others. Further down bandar botanic is selling at about the same price. House price today is high but still not sure at its highest or not. If die die also want to choose landed property for own stay i will choose AI due to the price. But first few years will suffer as still got no commercial yet.
I'm choosing AI due to the location and the developer. Definitely it will be a hit one day.
