ok thanks yup it works with happycast, but sad side is have to launch the app before i can use airplay.

You can auto launch the happy cast when the box reboot. Anyhow, I do not encourage this as the app will occupied the memory and I doubt you will use the air play in high frequency.

sometimes i need to on/off a few times for the q5 pro to boot up, it happen second time.
it happen when i switch off the main power 4 gang socket in the morning and switch it on at night. because in the morning i will off everything in the room and go for work.

Does it allow to install additional apk?

This model's processor is already 2 years back, is q5 pro still one of the best out there? or is there a newer model? I'm looking for a new tvbox.. been using q16 bought from nicety few years ago..

Yes, you can install any third party apk.

Q10 Pro and Q5 Pro are the latest top model from Himedia. There is no plan for replacement as per inform by Himedia.

Xiaomi is targeting China customers to watch free online movies. There are online Chinese streaming content build in which Himedia already eliminated few years ago because Himedia export to worldwide.

return customer here. previously, 2 years ago, bought H8 but has limited user space. although it is 8gb but i think only 2gb available for user. Can't install a lot of apps or even update apps.. always get out of space error. recently always can't start app, have to clear junks then only can start app.
will this Q5 Pro has the same disk space problem? how much disk space available for user? or should i get Q10 Pro

Q5 Pro has 8GB flash memory, after minus the Android OS partition, left only 4GB. The space will be full very fast especially today apps getting bigger and bigger.

Strongly recommended Q10 Pro which has 12GB of free space after occupied by Android OS.
