Hi, I'm currently looking to upgrade my ICE system.

What can I get with a budget of 800-1000?
I listen to all songs, but not the hardcore loud songs.
Can I get a decent set for my budget?

Have looked around a bit, found
1) Eclipse SPKSP 6500 component set (Rm650) <<I believe this is a old model year 2009?
2) Nakamichi SP-CS63 component set (RM488)
3) Alphine Type G component set (Rm598)

Amp I haven't got any clue though.

My ride is a toyota corolla AE101, 6 speeder blacktop. So its a bit loud..not sure this factor would contributes to the type of speaker that I am buying or not.

Your advises would be greatly appreciated.

Heard a lot about focal though. Where do I find it? Does it needs to be paired with an amp?

eh? But the type G price is the lowest price I can get after visiting 5 shops. Average is around 650-700.

Btw someone at KL is offering me a Focal PS165/Eton POW 170
But so far...and expensive. If I were to buy, I think its better i go down to KL to audit the component set.

Any ideas which amp should I pair it with? >>If i buy the focal or Eton, the amp would be bought later..

Or I might go the budget way and get Alphine Type G + nakamichi amp..
What do you guys think?

Also saw Alpine PMX F-640 4 Channel Car Amplifier 640W for quite cheap. Just nice my budget if paired with the Type G or Type S.
