I dunno whether this is the right place to write but I just want to warn all sellers who cod their gadgets. What happened was tonight a Malay guy cod with me for a galaxy note 2. We met at designated point and he was bringing his son along too. After checking my phone, he pay me 15 pieces of rm100 new note. When the cash passed to me, I found that it was like paper quality and don't feel like plastic like rm5 and rm10. Though I have not really encountered rm100 new note, but my gut feeling was telling me it was fake. But some how I wanted to believe him, so I ask him to follow me to nearest ATM cash deposit machine, so i can bank in the cash...so the Malay guy said ok and ask me to wait for him to get his car and follow me behind. I even asked his car no and he replied proton saga 3123. I waited 5 mins, he still not show up so I called him, he said his wife is still in the shopping mall, he ask me to wait...10 mins passed, I called him again....guess what? He switched off his phone. Phew, I was so lucky that I insisted to bank in the cash else I will be the next fake notes victim

This kind of people should be penalised and those who encounter similar incident like me, pls remember to insist to cash in the cash if you are doubtful of the genuine notes.

Nowadays, seller is the one being scam and con....the whole world has changed where there are lousy customers, con artist, scammers and lot more losers out there.

Therefore, pls be cautious. Better be bit careful than sorry later

No i did not check the serial no, I just counted as 15 pieces. He told he just withdrew it from ATM machine. Though it feel like paper, but it had the magnetic silver strip, that's why I still wanted to believe him and insisted to go cash deposit machine...yeah damn lucky me....

Damn son.u were like 1 sec away from disaster.lucky u tot of the cashdeposit thing.i think most of us would just walk away with the money.

He called me after looking on my online posting. I only got his hp no. Quite a skinny n average size body bout 1.6m. He bring along a kid with him while cod. Sound n look like a humble person. Oh yea, he even telling me a story of him buying a chins set phone where it exploded after charging it. Then he said, memang itu rezeki saya. He also claimed he's working as a driver n he wanted to buy my phone for his wife for wedding anniversary. The story very believing since he has a kid with him. Thats why I still believe in him n opted to bank in the cash. Nowadays conman are well disguise with family like bringing his son to cod. So guys, pls beware if you ever come across all these stories....

Dear TS. While you are busy here telling people to beware of con case and all. You failed to address everyone that you are part of another case that is not solved there.

If you really care about people, you should solve that (your) problem first and not try to solve other people problem. Because u are telling people about tricks of COD, the next COD trick could be a worse for you. I do not know if you are blatant ignorant or what. But eyes are watching you.

join since 2008, u should know when there is a dispute, u have the obligation to give explanation and offer solution in your dispute thread, not other thread..avoiding it is the same as saying ur guilty..
