Unfortunately with current inflation rate, prices for any new developments are sky high. Here you must consider everything is brand new upon completion Where as if you are looking to buy an old house in a good location, you will be paying for the land and not its condition
It is suprising that prices within the golden triangle area of heart of kl city costs RM 1000 - RM 1800 psf
