No lah, just go ahead. Modifications that can void warranty are those that interfere with the technical aspects of the vehicle, like engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes, and electrical mods. If you still want to modify those, then better get bolt-on/plug & play stuff which you can easily take off and return back to std if got problem, so that it's difficult for the service center to detect your mods.
changing to a different size tires/rim will even if the overall diameter remains the same. using after market air filter like K&N will.
