No, should not if your radio is plug & play with sockets in terms of wiring connections. The cosmetic change of the casing is fine as it does not have anything to do with the technicality of the vehicle electrical.
If you so much as touch the wiring, they have an excuse not to honor any claims for the wiring system in the future. Not that they are technically in the right to void your warrant, but you will have to argue with them and in the worst case scenario, take them to court. Basically its all down to your luck.
How I know? I installed an auto brake lock module which is also PnP into my Saga, and Proton deny my claim for a faulty door lock actuator. The ABL module plugs into the alarm system, but the door lock actuator is mostly a mechanical component. The wiring system was fine. Yet they denied it anyway.
Not trying to discourage anyone, but be prepared to answer difficult questions whenever you plonk a mod onto your car. That said, simple aesthetic mods wont void any warranty, unless you drill a hole into the chassis and that part rusts, then you are on your own,
