very clear how to set up surf using k750i through streamyx

but anyone can eloborate on how to set up new profile for java in 750i?

setting>connectivity>settings for java>new profile>name=blabla ; connect using..??

Connected successfully using this method through Bluetooth.

I used : setting>connectivity>settings for java>new profile>name=streamyx ; connect using> GPRS.

I was so afraid that It'll connect to the actual GPRS, I minimized opera mini and noticed there is no globe spinning on the top of the phone. Browsing speeds is very good.

Does anyone know of any wap MSN messengers?

I tried wap.e-messenger.net on opera mini, but it doesn't work. I could nto select or click the sign in button.

bro, I wanna confirm right, even if we use GPRS profile for the Java settings right, we wont actually connect to GPRS right? The usage is "free" because we are connecting through streamyx, right?

just check ur balance before usage and check ur balance again after usage.. if there is deduction, that meant it is using gprs lo...

i thought if the profile is gprs, then even u open opera in sdk, it will still use gprs.. coz mine does..

Serious ar? Cause I noticed there is no Globe sign when i am using opera mini(through SDK). If i use normal opera (not started from SDK) it will show the globe sign that I am using GPRS.

So actually guys, we are charged even when we use SDK?

cause, allvin said can create new profile and input ip address, but the only options are GPRS and GSM. So how?

Nope! i using W900. Same goes to youngkies. I tot he do hav same feature as me, since both are using w900

made teh streamyx profile in java n shud i choose connect using maxis gprs?
or make a new one?..anyhow..when using opera mini..SDK mode..no globe sign..
click search n then the connection proxy disconnect automatically..
i wonder y..firewall?

Sorry for late reply. I just found out sth, since my dad using w800. So i try use his w800. It's works. Here's a little steps.

After u had created
new profile>name=streamyx ; connect using> GPRS (create a new GPRS profile, i named it "A")

Here's the interesting part. After u create new profile. Go to Data Comm>Data accounts>Edit the new GPRS profile (A) From there, u should be able to see the IP address section. Just keyin your pc ip address, and surf via your boardband connection.

this can support chinese also. much like our desktop MSN

wanna ask sumthing here. i have downloaded MiniOpera 3 into my nokia 6280. But when i try running it, it says -Failed to connect to internet....
so sad... please help. what can i do??
