No, a day after the road show coz I was comparing Swift and Almera.
What do you get from the roadshow? Any special discount??

I traded in my very old car. The SA told me ard $15k.
Then the next day when I brought my car to their office, the 2nd hand car boss was there. An old Cinis apek.
So, after the apek saw my car he said $17k. U la la... Booked immediately.
I was lucky the apek was there otherwise my $2k will go into the SA pocket.

Btw, did u test drive it?
Try 1st before decide. I've tried and the sound proof is really good.

In Bdr Perda, you can get reasonable price rims .... I'm planning to upgrade to 16" SSR Type C

I forgot the name but if you are coming from Bkt Tengah roundabout, there is one before Brothers / opposite Tom's sticker there.
Do survey and compare their prices, a few more opposite Sri Indah Hotel also.
But the stock rim trade in price won't be high as it's not sport rims...

Btw, did u check with your SA what tyre brand they gv u?
Ask for good one or else they gv you Good Year.

You mean trade in stock rim is $600? So if the new rims I choose is $1k, then I top up $ 400 only?

Replica rims is good enuff considering the poor condition on Msian roads.
15" depends on which type / brand you choose bro.
15" is good for FC but 16" looks better on the car plus better pick up.

$3k discount doesn't apply to MT spec. Only E spec and above only.
Please think again, E spec after $3k discount the price will be the same as MT.

Then to play safe better stick to 15"

Bro, before u upgrade to 17" jz my 5 cents adv. Not all cars suitable for big rims. Pls do some research 1st.
Last time I heard old City with 17" got problem tyres touching car body when cornering due to the size.
Not sure for Almera though....... jz my 5 cents adv...

Yup, that's why I say do research as tyre size could be the prob as well.

As per traditional belief, new car below 1k km should never exceed 80km/hr speed.

Finally got mine! Very satisfied with the car so far.
1 thing troubling me is like what has been posted the GREEKKK ...GREEKK... sound and I think it's from the back or exhaust pipe side. Seems like this is the standard issue for E spec??
Will get them to fix it when I service for 1k km.

So far the Impul kit is the better deal with just $1.5k you get ORI bodykit.
If you hv time check it out at SC and you will know the quality of ori bodykit and cap X in outside shop.
Cap X bodykit with spoiler and paint is also around $1.3k - $1.5k so why go for non ori?

Avoid R02, it's a universal design...
