I just bought a condo while i am thinking to install a ventilation fan on my toilet which just at middle of the unit layout. Toilet window opening will be my backyard but my wife plan to convert into kitchen, so i cannot install those glass mounting type ventilation fan.
My contractor said can install those ceiling type ventilation fan but i think all the air and humidity will trap above toilet plastic ceiling.

Any recommend here.
