yesterday when go pick up my bike.... my bike was just started being service....

bike wash, simple tuning... and importantly checking my tire.... a tiny 2-3 mm metal needle was stuck inside the tyre wall....

then next... after that, the mechanic seem detect something on my wheel by listening to the sound....

he opens out the wheel hub... and checks... 1 of the bearing is pecah! it's not smooth when turn it....

normal service - RM30. bike wash and lub and checking. all using Morgan Blue brand...

i was told "I'm lucky!" the same size of bearing is available! damage RM35.

not bad wow... u know im using Xero wheel........


have you try Giant Authorised bike shop??? but doubt u want to use d Xero wheel on ur SL3 right...


hmmm... shall i ask my Bike Tech shop on the spare part availability for my Xero wheel in future???

Thanks to you ! being poisons by u ma... Specialized Armadillo is something that not available in Malaysia yet its something that need in cycling...

just like i brought my headlamp for my ultra trail running... Petzl... not available in Msia n SG... and some Clif bar nutrition too...

so far, i never owns any living animal leather thingy... poorfag satu...

btw, when im 1st start riding, i always have upper back muscles tiny pains... sort of soreness... complains to friend, he said you're still new, it's normal...

even after 3 months, still have tiny pains... asked my bike shop, and he said might be handle bar problem... my current bar is 42mm wide, and he measure my shoulder... he said i need 44mm handle bar... but that time, no more budget and not willing to spend, and just forget about the handble bar...

somehow, the pains are gone when i ride even more! 3 days PCC inter-state event were my biggest cycling proud and satisfaction... priceless....

now, with 2 months of off season from cycling, cycle back, the tiny pains on back mucles are back...

WTF man Specialized.... so b**** in oversea as well...

the bike shop no carry Gatorskin... thus brought 2 GP4000s... they said the prices hike every quarter....

maybe next few months, go back my bike shop see look see look again...

cant wait for my Penang hills hike and also 2 days Malakoff ride event...

while on 1st day of Malakoff, the Penang ferry really screw up for GoGreen effort! i wanted ride to starting point, but ferry only start 0530! WTF...

while registration checking time start from 0530 until 0645 and flag off at 0700.... shall i take risk?

if can reach Butterworth jetty at 0600, i still have 45 mins time cycle to starting point which is not far from jetty as i checked in google map...

hmmmm... im really really wanted to ride from my hostel.... not driving crossing the bridge....

btw, what if im late reaching the starting point? will im allowed to check in and join the ride????

dammit ! okay ! decided! dont care already!

im going to take ferry 0530 cross sea to Butterworth and cycle to starting point! no point im detour driving 1 big round from Penang downtown (where i stay) to Butterworth...

this is such a waste energy, waste petrol move!
