Hi guys, Im thinking of replacing my ATH-m50 ear pad.

I read online that some other earpads other than ATH-M50 like the SRH840 and SRH940 might fit the M50 too.

1.Kindly advice which one might be the most comfortable?
2. Is it hot wearing velour earpad?
3. any price differences?
4. Anyone got experience on it?

Too many questions, but Im hoping someone can answer this.  notworthy.gif

as far as leather or pleather compared to velour, velour is much more comfortable, but then there are bass lost in the headphone

Hi guys, could you guys recommend IEMs that have similar sound to a HD598. Budget below RM300

You can either go for Sennheiser CX300
Or just go for Shure SE215... worth to add more money for SE215...

How does the Shure compare with Hippo Audio & FAD Adagio III or the Beyerdynamic XP series

Shure has more bass, more darker signature, Hippo Audio clear and punchy, FAD is more musical. XP is also clear and good bass.

Hi can you guys recommend me a good IEM for Android phones?

Music will be mostly rock, instrumental, metal. Like punchy scooped EQ, vocals that stand back a bit.

Budget is under Rm600, preferred with remote. (actually cheaper is preferred as i destroy iems like mad...)

Thanks!

Hey there, walabies ,

it's me again. i did ask u about the sennheiser hd650 + symphonica not too long ago,

and i was wondering, which amp/dac that has good synergy with the combo?

it is very hard for me to decide on 1 since most of the amp/dac reviews online are paired with stock hd650, which, imo (judging by the reviews of our local forumer) has absolutely different sound signature with the ones paired with symphonica.

Mind to help me to suggest a good amp/dac combo for hd650+symphonica with the pricing around rm2k++?

alo pan am? headcrack? solid state or tube amps?

oh yea, im currently using Centrance Dacport. does it has good synergy with symphonica?
i would love to go to ur shop to test them for my self on the spot, but too bad im living in sarawak and currently studying in overseas.

thanks! smile.gif

Yes you are correct about the symphonica synergy.
In fact, symphonica makes the HD650 to be easier to be amped.

In a general fact, any amp with pure, clean, sound signature will be best for amping HD650 symphonica. For instance, Vest+ SS amp.
DACport sounds good on it, so does the Graham Slee Solo UL, DACmini, Lavry, SPL auditor all will do.
