yeah..me too. I'd love if those 3rd pty come with prototype's plain grey. Those combiners, Devy, Giant, Uranus & Menasor look more appealing to me when 1st saw in prototype than actual final products. The grey will bold their detailing better n more sexy. But after apply colors, not so appealling. Unless they deco it to more Gundam's Pro Customize battle damage for more realistic appearance.

watched mitchsantona's review on the new kreon combiners, and i have to say they look quite interesting.. i do feel like getting one set, and i like the look of bruticus the most.. any other recommendations from those who already got all 4?

Yeah... in prototype mode, the toys are in flat paint. Flat paint always look nice on mecha. In final product, they always color it with glossy paint. Glossy paint make the toys look plastic.

If only 3rd party will paint the TF with flat color and put in some artistic weathering... then it will fully justify the price.

A lot of rare transformers toys at universal studios Singapore..cheap for Singaporean..expensive for Malaysian..

Probably the reason why Maketoys Giant looks easier for me eyes. Hercules at times looks sweaty shiny!

Nothing is perfect. Giant has better paint but for me, TFC individual bots and Hercules size rock!

i prefer maketoy's giant colors as well, which is why i went for that instead of TFC's herc.

but now since only TFC has unofficial superion, so ok la i buy TFC jer...but truth be told TFC's finishing not as good as maketoys
