That meant by 2013 cyber will have Symphony Hill (phase 1) completed, Shaftbury Square high rise, D'pulze plus the existing GR, SG etc. Putrajaya wise will be the completion of promenade @ 8 waterfront mall. mirage by the lake is 2013? or 2014??? landed same with high rise cause strata title???

Not try to be pandai here hehehe.... I still think a more accurate way to estimate the prop value is:-
Structural cost (RM/PSF) x PSF + Land area x Land area cost (RM/PSF).
Just my 2 cents hahaha... paiseh rclxm9.gif
