had enough fun with aokp, time to return to samsung rom

while charging,its LED light is not bright as usual.Does it affect by faulty charger port or cable ? either charge on desktop n travel adapter also same.

But sometimes it bright normally awhile then the light gone weak

when i backup on titanium backup in order to flash a new custom rom later, which backup to choose?
1) backup all use apps
2) backup all system data
3) backup all user apps + system data

which one should I choose?
I used to backup all user apps + system data... when restore, it asked that when install the system data, the existing will be overwrite... is it like that or how should I do it? Please teach me
