Everytime you install new apps then you will run the benchmark to check? 

nope ,everything off ,should be on idle but its still awake ,dont know why

but then it only shows

-reboot
-clear cache

etc

never shows download new firmware bla bla....something wrong with the phone?

already factory reset a few times already

nope...there is no warning page...it shows the samsung logo and then straight away shows the android bot laying down with red triangle/exclamation mark....

Question, if like yours already root and custom rom. Suddenly mobo problem. Then cannot do anything right? Such as revert back to stock and triangle away to claim warranty. Just send it like that? Will SC still accept it? Worried if happened to mine. Thanks.

yes...my one was rooted and custom rom
but the important thing is when the phone still can be turn on and go into download mode, i think nothing to be afraid because it still working and u can revert back original.

if the phone totally out, then just send back lo (my case). dont think they able to start the phone in other method (maybe they have).

i was asking them how they check, they say they check on the pin where the battery connect and already can confirm is the motherboard problem. believe it or not base on ur own judgement la...

no idea lo...the last thing i did was send a whatapps message and didnt do anything for the next hour.
then the phone already gone like that.

this happens on rooted phone
this happens on unrooted phone

normally this happens to first batch

o.O so if first batch before kaput we can run into Samsung SC and demand for a change immediately?

anyway coming from htc i am not too familiar with the way samsung handle warranties. i looked at the 1st page, it says "Send PC " YOUR IMEI" to 62002 (for maxis and digi)", and so i sent a sms to check.

didn't get any reply. a little help here?
