last saturday i go proton service at pj seksyen 13.

so i booked at 9am ( late about 5 mins)

- reached there i go register at reception/registration counter.

10.00
- waiting for almost 1 hour for my name calling at service counter
- the girl said service will take time about 2 & half hour.
- okay, go breakfast dulu.

10.30
- habis breakfast, my car still tak usik lagi, still at parking
- i see the foreman,technician semua keluar makan.

10.45-11.30
- i go jaya one jalan2, mau pegi digital mall macam jauh sangat. jalan kaki lagi

11.30
- sudah nampak kereta terapung
- i see service counter girl that handle my car keluar makan for half hour

12.15
- kereta belum siap lagi.
- but my car key & pink slip already at service counter table

12.30
- ask the girl, when my car is ready. she said another 20 menet for tyre balancing/alignment
- kenot tahan animore, so i cancel the tyre balancing/alignment.
- total for 3rd service 195rm

so, is this normal?
waiting for 3 and half hour?
