First of all, I don't own a Xbox 360 and I use PC for gaming.
When I created a Games for Windows account, I am younger than 18 years old so the parental control is required to enable to play games.
I just make up a fake account and claim is was my parent account to monitor my primary account.
I am now 19 years old and I googled some information and I found the only way to disable parental control is using Xbox 360 console?
