For free travel bag, there is no minimum spend to get it? As I saw that website attached and previous thread is the different one? Should be rm 500 minimum spend right?

The CS did not tell/explain to you?
For mine, I need to swipe 3 times within 2 months for the first year, and 12 times for the rest of years
You will get sms to remind you anyway.

Give a call to CS. Usually annual fee can be waived easily; not the GST.
*
usually call a month before the annual fee date or after getting the annual fee on the statement?

i'm curios with citibank credit limit calculation. it looks like different from other bank.

in my statement, i have rm5k spending limit + rm5k installment limit. if maybankard, the installment is part of card limit. means the total of installment will be set off from the credit limit.

but citibank, they have separate limit for normal spending limit and installment? so if i make installment, it wont affect the credit limit? just want to get clearer info. because last i know, my credit limit is rm5k only. with this installment limit, i have rm10k credit?

Received a call from Citibank last week and they offered me this card. Today I received the card, quite efficient.

Nonetheless, this is a lousy card, not recommend to apply for one. But since they offered me so I just take it and then cut it after a year or so.

i received a letter from Citi, saying that they are pleased to upgrade my Gold card to Rewards Plat. And if I want to accept, I have to call to accept the offer.
The Rewards Plat, we need to choose the categories, and is it compulsory to choose at least minimum one category?

You can Choose as many Rewards Categories as You Like & Get 2 for Free in the 1st Year.... brows.gif
In the 2nd Year if You X want Subcribe in Any Rewards Categories NO more 5x Rewards Points for You Just $1 for 1 Point on Your Usage (No Reward Point on Petrol Purchase)... as the Agent who Told me before... rolleyes.gif

*$100 per Category, Annual Fee will Depend on the Number of Rewards Categories Subscribed.

p.s: How long (year) You been holding Gold Card before they Offer to Upgrade Your Card, Just Crurios that...??? hmm.gif
(CL of Rewards Platinum min. $5,000 - max. $450,000)
*

Maybe, Citi now Promoting their NEW card to NEW Customer like You, that why they Upgrating your Card
So, You Consider to Accept their Offer or Not..??? blink.gif
Maybe got Credit Limit's Increasement after that... laugh.gif

Btw, What's the CL of your Gold Card now, I Guess It must be very High  brows.gif  ...???
*
oh coz that time i applied the CB Plat, but they gave me another Gold card.
the CL is combined for both
will call the CC dept tmolo, and ask.
dont really like the requirement to waive the subspn fee; need to spend RM15k, unlike others they only need a certain number of swipes to waive the annual fees.
