a month ago, got a letter asking me to upgrade from my Gold to Rewards Plat, and I put the letter in the drawer ..
This week is the end of the upgrading period according to the letter, and this morning Citibank called me to persuade me to take it.
Lastly I accepted it. Haha.
Don't know why to pushy.

after reading all posts about the non waiver annual fees from Citibank, looks like I need to prepare my scissors ready since my anniversary date is coming next two months.
Opt for other banks that offer free annual fees cards .

I guess citibank select for those credit card holder with high spending in the year.
*
yes i believe they selected based on amount of spending, as they waived my CB cc
perhaps in the future, all of the card users should mention their rough amount of spending of the year in their posts whether their annual fees waived or not
