Very good FC wor. Will ask for remapping during the 10k service.

Yup, new windscreen being replaced but without the ecotint. Now making noise to ICare to claim for the ecotint which cost 3k for it.

I also thinking to get one but after heard that the new remapping is out & all feedback are not bad...so now will wait for remapping on next service then only decide.

Just back from SC at setapak branch, few things requested at job sheet:-

1) 10k service, with engine oil Shell 5w40 (no 5w30 available at this SC). Done. FREE labour cost.
2) Respray at exhaust hanger. Done.
3) Check the "glu glu glu" sound at front both side power window. Greese applied.
4) ECU/TCU remapping. NO ECU/TCU reflash at this branch yet.

May go COSE to reflash the ECU/TCU remapping one day.

wah...so many posts after back from appointment. Glanced thru the posts, no comment , good thing is may be V17 coming soon

Btw, anyone know which SC already has the latest ECU/TCU to update except the COSE? Thanks.

Yeah, a bit disappointed when heard no ECU/TCU reflash. I guess alignment machine been installed just recently and I asked for free alignment this morning the SA said only before 1k only entitle for it...adui, I said last time during 1k service your alignment machine not ready yet. At last, no alignment being done la. But, luckily last time I did the alignment for free at COSE

I think will go COSE tomorrow to update the ECU/TCU, also to check for my wind screen ecotint claim status...totally no update from ICare.

Err..nope. Just request to update the ECU/TCU will not take long time right?? Anyone can confirm how long it will take for reflash the ECU/TCU?

I have to go COSE tomorrow anyway just to look for the person in charge at ICare, need to FUCUK them about my ecotint. So, no harm to try if can reflash the ECU/TCU.

Morning guys, I having the breakfast, curry puffs & coffee, now at COSE. I arrived here at 7.20am and managed to slot in to ask for ECU/TCU update.

My car is in service bay now and the technician is working on it, but too bad cannot enter the service bay to see what they doing. At setapak branch, I can go to service bay and talk to the technician.

I also managed to meet up the person in charge of ICare, complaint about my ecotint. Again, the guy said need to refer his boss & other departments...damn.

Yup, is free at customer waiting area.

Long story about my ecotint. In summary, noticed my car wind screen having a big crack line during the service at COSE; complaint to ICare and took almost 1 or 2 months time only managed to replace a new wind scree. However, that wind screen installed without the ecotint. So, again have to chase from ICare, 3 months passed still no news. Thats why I purposely come to COSE today.

Opps, I also having the same the right wiper touching the frame but I did not mention it...i though is normal

Do your power window got "glu glu glu" sound when pressing down during the hot day? SC just applied grease but they mentioned if happen again they will change the part. Today afternoon, tried the power window still having "glu glu glu" sound. Do you guys also having the same sound??

I did the ECU/TCU remapping this morning at COSE, very fast about 1 hour settled. So far cannot comment much, just feel the POWER like inspira, very responsive...have to adapt the new settings again.

I just went for 3rd 10k service few days ago, used Shell helix ultra 5w40 fully synthetic. FYI, most SC dun have the 5w30/5w40, must check with SC or bring your own engine oil before go to service. Have ur car update the latest ECU/TCU?

I also whack the engine 160km/h before 1k service, top speed 180km/h....hope not getting any summon

Someone said got update at Puchong SC but i checked with COSE, the SA told me no such update le

So far what I observed after ECU/TCU updated:
- stop at D mode around 1000rpm
- feel no more jerking at 10-20km/h low speed
- engine now very responsive like inspira and vios, have to adapt to it again, feel too fast hard to brake
- FC dun know yet

myeg not update their system on time...may be once a week.

Ya, thats my concern too. Will see in few weeks time to judge lo whether the FC is good or bad.
