Post call.. time to sleep.

Anyway congrats to all, progressing really fast.

@fysim I think my brakes have the same sound too but that only occurs if I'm breaking from high speed. If normal breaking doesn't have that helicopter sound. I'm assuming it's normal.

Anyone here tried Ezy touch up paint before?

Just realized a few days back that my bonnet has another 2 extra chip off spots, damn sakit hati everytime I look at it as it's quite obvious.

If anyone has tried it before, pls let me know. No point sending for repainting as the car is still new.

Ordered Ezy Touch Up on monday night, received it today morning after coming back from work. Bought the combo set which includes the wax/grease removal liquid, base coat, clear coat and a rubbing compound to remove excess paint later on.

Have yet to try yet as my car is quite dirty and weather these days haven't been that good, would try that when time permits. Hopefully this will be a cheaper alternative and I won't have to worry about stone chips again.

Usually u guys bring your own engine oil or use the one provided by the SC? Going for my 10k service soon, thinking of buying it from the automotive section as it's cheaper.

most Proton Edar SC allows own oil... but they will make remark in the system.

Some dealers insist that you use their oil only.

Supposed to do my 10k service at Proton Senawang. Appt was at 11am, reached a little later at 11.20am, CS asked whether I'll be waiting or coming back later. I told her I'll wait. She said better don't wait cause there are still 8 cars from earlier still waiting. Then asked me I'm coming purely for service or have other complains.

I told her that driver window has the gluk gluk sound, want to upgrade TCU/ECU. She said ohh u want to update must check your chasis no, if yours is new car dont need to update. I told I"m very sure mine is old ECU/TCU. She checked my chasis no against her system and told sir better u make a new appt. Your car a lot of things have to recall, all 4 windows, then change some ABS disc rotor, cant remember clearly, update TCU/ECU. She said this will take 1-1 1/2 day. So I said fine, made a new appt.

Don't know should be happy or not that proton is at least offering to replace all the parts before I have problem with them. Oh ya, and the HU blinking issue, she said despite updating the firmware, the issue still persists.

Tmrw send car for some minor 'ketuking' and paint job at the back fender part, scratched & dented by stupid motorcycle
