Hi all preve-ian, what is the interest rate for Preve now? Also how is the fc for CFE?
*
2.68% RHB for 7 years above, 7 years below 2.94% MBB, PBB, HLB

QUOTE(amaja14 @ Dec 16 2012, 11:34 PM)
thanks for your repaly benzourry, got good information from you

what is the best offer and price can i get for Preve Auto executive (IAFM) in KL ?
thanks
*
4.7K from Derrick, he is also one of the forumer here, 5.5K if CFE. For Executive, I think the best you can get is 5K but those agents got no reviews, so I no bother to try since no big different.

5.5k for cfe??  shocking.gif  are  u sure?

5.5K is considered okay, 6K for those agent that gave up commission and go for volume incentive. Don't hesitate to call for few agents. However, he will not give any free gifts like TnG, umbrella, padlock or tint voucher, all converted to cash discount. Since I don't need those kind of free gifts, better take cash offer tongue.gif

4 hours old Preve Exec owner, batch 24xxx

Take a spin along LDP and KESAS, 41KM distance.

1. Rusty exhaust, still there, obvious.
2. Alignment, obvious side to left, need to fix.
3. "Wind noise" from CVT? "hu hu hu...." a bit unacceptable, at high speed >70km/h, okay.

Another 80KM spin after out from showroom bay yesterday.

1. Rusty exhaust.
2. Alignment slightly to left (checked tyres pressure, tested on few straight and even surface roads).
3. [Rephrased] The sound is like strong wind blow outside your house, yet to identify whether is it engine rev or CVT whine, particular noisy during 1.4K rpm to 1.9K rpm.
4. Sluggish pick up, Executive CVT I think not our turn to have ECU remap yet.
5. Radio signal got disturbance sometimes (not because of neighbor car FM modulator lah..)

CVT Executive is good when doing highway, comfort and stable. But city drive is really pathetic, heavy body and slow pick up. Imagine during heavy traffic, especially yesterday TTDI got accident after working hours, Manual driver I think leg sure broken, hahaha!

hi bro.. you're from KJ? i'm from ss3 by the way...
for the signal disturbance, i'm not sure whether it is similar to the CFE model..
i had a friend who used to own a vauxhall (opel) corsa, which use same HU as cfe model..
he said don't use the channel that we scroll using the << >> button, as this is an auto search channel scanned by the HU
the HU will continue to scan from time to time thus cause interference
if u know the freq, then better save on the numbered button (1 - 6)
actually can store up to 12, 6 on FM1, 6 more on FM2
if outstation, then advisable to use the << >> for the scanned channel
maybe can check ur manual how to set the above
*
Ya, from KJ. I don't think Exec using Bosch HU, don't know who OEM that.

I use the stored channel, it happens randomly, not particular place. My other car travels the same route every day also does not have this problem. Some reported the reception problem before, I also tried re-screw the antenna, no help also. Maybe try listen to other channel and verify again.

6. Another new problem, air-con fan got weird sound "fi...eee" very annoying when the level is more than half rotation. I checked the old thread, got people reported the same problem as well.

3. cvt whine...
6. make sure one of ur aircond vent is not closed...i also got this sound when i close the passenger side aircond vent....
*
3. If it is CVT whine, it is quite loud and only at low speed, 30km/h to 60km/h like that and in the 1.4k to 1.9k rpm zone.
6. Hmm, I already checked, all are opened, cause was damn hot this afternoon.

Oh, thats not too bad. 12.3l/100km.

have you ever tried any other fuel?
*
Also Exec CVT, got my car 6 days earlier than you, but CN 24xxx, still rusty exhaust holder and poor radio reception. Rev from 1.5k to 2.0k damn loud "whooing", they said is CVT whine. What to do, showroom no Exec CVT test unit.

Back to FC, getting better now, from 13.5l/100km when the time getting new car, now is 11.7l/100km, average 20km/h. Fuel is BHP.

Where's the rust specifically? can PM pic? maybe i never check mine properly. Yeah i got the whooing sound also, SA also said normal.

Ever tried any other petrol?
*
The rust very easy to spot, I even show it to SA when the time I take my car, tomorrow morning shoot some pics. I tried Shell and Petron before, not much difference, last week just more like learning how to handle the pedal to reduce sluggish. tongue.gif
