Ben3003, there are "Single-DIN" CD holder or cup holder etc... for the extra space, you can check that out, it's cooler than a plain cover. thumbup.gif

A new bonnet, if spray will be a minimum RM300. A bonnet that being repaired will require much more putty work and respray the bonnet, on top of the paint that already there. RM200 is very much reasonable, or RM250 depend on the damage of the bonnet.
Fender? To charge RM120 to RM150 per fender is reasonable if you ask me.
Let alone the labour to repair back the fender and the bonnet.

Just hope that they are not using cheap paint material to drive down the cost.
*
The guy first quoted me (knock + spray) front bonnet RM280 and fender (above front indicator light) RM80, total RM360 and rounded down to RM350.
When he take me back to my office, he only realized my brother is his friend from our conversation.
When the time I collect my car, he said well, pay him RM300 will do. rclxms.gif

I am quite confident with his paint job nod.gif Had good experience twice for my previous car and many times for my brother's and his friends' car. That's why my brother strongly recommend him to me biggrin.gif But hey, I don't want to see him so frequently lar... laugh.gif

Regarding wiper blades, should we measure and make sure it wipe over the rain sensor?
If too short and it can't reach (wipe) the sensor, then the sensor keep reporting heavy rain... laugh.gif

Kepishh kepishh farting sound.

I hate it! Even the stock "blow off" sound (actually bypass valve) I don't like. May be I am old already. Prefer silence  blush.gif

My hearing problem or what? Why I can't hear Preve got such bypass sound? hmm.gif
Is there any trick to make it sound? Can teach? tongue.gif

if my windscreen got those watermark..wash car also cannot wash away..can i use glaco to solve it..or do i need to bring it for windscreen treatment such as polish?
*

More than a decade ago, I help my friend "clean" this kind of water mark on his old Wira, we use rubbing compound (from hardware shop or paint shop) to rub off those water marks. smile.gif
Not sure if the mark were the same like yours? Maybe you can try. nod.gif

oh...what kind of compound is that?..any specific brand?..how do you "rub" it?...the watermark on my windscreen is something like in the pic below..not sure it can be so easily rub/wipe off  hmm.gif

I think you can try accessories shop for the rubbing compound, or auto spraying/repair shop to ask for. It is something like this. Simply apply and rub it with cloth.

Your pic show the stain quite similar, if not exactly the same that I was deal with. smile.gif

Anyway, the compound is not expensive, no harm having a try. nod.gif

I saw some car wash center also provide windscreen polishing service (it's not cheap), you can still try that if everything else not working.
