Is SCB usually this slow in approving cc?

I signed up at 1U's roadshow I think 3 week ago already. Even the booth is already no longer at 1u, but until today still no news about my application.

Just those sales people standing at the SCB booth, that time they were offering a free thermo. Is there a number I can call?

Previously I was successful in that venture to apply for ALL cards and get ALL the cashbacks .... currently, I cannot guarantee.

To offset the RM50 GST using choicepoints, can I redeem 5000 choicepoints for RM25 and pay the remaining RM25?

Please get a definition how CCRIS work before you make your move about your situation. All promotion will be an end and will be valid till given promotion period only. It already stated very clearly during term and condition when the cashback will end. The major problem nowaday is most customers like to believe what people told them through a bare mouth without supporting document. please don't expect anything to be free as there will be no free lunch on this world. Only classic will not be given points or visa translucent, all points will be given except petrol transaction, cash withdrawal, insurance payment and bills payment. Retail transaction can only be considered given as points.

Maybe he's not. In fact, that is the way to advice customer for previous year. Bank policy always update and change term and condition without any notice other than respective attention party, It almost change every month. A salesman only will be given information on how to achieve target and generate revenue.

I have 2 cards with SCB. Today 1 card was charged GST. I called for GST waiver and they waived, and my other card they gave me the points to redeem for GST.

Only T&C is cannot cancel card within one year. Since my SCB card only used for discount at F&B, so I guess no harm keeping.

Last month ate korean bbq got 15% off with SCB. Ok la.

Anyone else waited a long time to receive their SCB credit card? I applied in the third week of July because I wanted to switch to another credit card for Balance Transfer. The officer who called me recommended me to take Platinum (I applied for gold) and said the annual fee would be waived for the first two years. When I asked her about the annual fee for the next years, she told me it was RM250, which is really expensive but she said I could always call the CSR and have it waived.

Anyways, it's been three weeks and still haven't received my card although I've received SMSs and a statement through the email. Contacted their customer service and they keep saying 'it's been delayed due to the Hari Raya holiday'. *sighs* Really not worth it.

anyone knw how to pay credit cards bills via cimbclicks?
