Why need to go Klang for spare parts..U can get lotsa them in puchong (probably the largest), Subang & etc.
Klang only famous for rims & tyres which are all located surrounding jln kapar. they hv kedai potong too but abit small 7 normally located along jln meru & near carrefour area. if u mean new spare parts, there is one st in Klang..i.e jl;n bt Tiga ~ Honda SC & the old bus terminal downtown |

PJ areas..either 4-5 stars like Hilton, One resort & etc. or straight to those budget hotels ,RM80/nite.
KL I think lotsa those RM150-RM200 dy but which area in KL or PJ? Most of budget hotel (<RM100) for sure public carpark. surrounding shop houses (lotsa them ~ those sururban area such as Puchong, Sunway, Subang Jaya & also 1-2 at kota Damansara. Also lotsa budgets at Jln Alor & chinatown areas too + near Sentral Kl. Carpark = Public parking wth meters. Those wth carparks at that range in KL probably those wth 2-3 stars range.. |

In between Mid Valley to Sunway really lack of hotels..Well there are 3 hotels at Mid Valley. Cititel & Boulevard. & Also the Garden service apt.
Cititel probably the cheapest & sometime rate can be as low as Rm180 (Not sure)..U can try cititel..Parking - Mid Valley for sure. Sunway more hotels..from Sunway Resort, Sunway Tower (Well on high side-lah) & thereafter straight to the budget Inns..There are few there. mostly RM80 & below. |

There are few budget hotels beside & opposite Sunway Pyramid, The nearest budget for sure is Sun Inn just beside Sunway Lagoon. You can check here:
http://www.suninnhotel.com/lagoon/index.html Otherwise, linked to Sunway Pyramid & Lagoon are the 2 resort hotels..Sunway Resort (5 stars) & Sunway Tower Hotel Both also not cheap. |

huh? The location is just beside Pyramid wor. No need to cross the NPE highway. No more liao beside & at the back of Pyramid except the 2 expensive Hotels mentioned earlier. You probably mistaken the Sun Inn opposite Pyramid at Sunway mentari?
Others all opposite the NPE highway (Sunway Mentari) even worst- not suitable & dangerous to cross over.. Anyway there are atleast 5 more budget hotels at Sunway Mentari i.e Romeo Inn, Sun Inn (Mentari), Juliet Inn, Oscar Inn & Sunview. All of them for sure dangerous bcos of the highway QUOTE(cshong @ Aug 18 2010, 12:07 PM) Checked the Sun Inn. No comments for the facilities provided since it is a budget hotel. By looking at the google earth, the distance is not suitable for walking with children. Also, safety during the journey for walking from the hotel to Sunway Lagoon is very concerned. Budget about RM2xx per night. Sunway Pyramid cost RM4xx per room per night. Any alternative? |

Although the 1st page is 2006, but that page has been continuously updated
QUOTE(shravank30 @ Aug 15 2010, 08:55 AM) Hi Thanks for advising But the 1st page is dated 2006 & a lot would have changed in these 4 years Have the links & the reviews been updated recently? It would be better if a fresh review is done by the members in case the reviews are indeed 4 years old Added on August 18, 2010, 5:20 pmWe are local, Only know the location but not sure about the condition. Based on the photo, it's just located behind Public Bank Bricfield & walking distance to KL Monorail last station & also KL Sentral. Very strategic! good choice. Also noted it's very new..so wth any new hotel, probably still clean YMCA opposite that area.. but it's a very OLD hotel..not sure about the condition too.. Yeah summerview right opposite on the same row wth YMCA..anyway all those hotels are startegic for sure although you still need monorail to goto KL. Brickfield is consider 2nd Little India of KL. & not really centre of KL although having the ctr railway line there. QUOTE(shravank30 @ Aug 18 2010, 04:35 PM) My Hotel is available for online booking through Agoda & Late stays.com This post has been edited by stimix: Aug 18 2010, 05:20 PMShould i book that Hotel ? Is it clean & safe ? I only require a nice clean Bed & shower & if possible a Fridge to store my fruits & beverages My other choice is YMCA & Summer view which is also opposite to My Hotel & similar charges Which is better of the 3 ? Thanks for advising |

North Yes. Kamunting exit but D don't think the new hotel not far from Kamunting bus station is cheap. SSL Trader Hotel. Also ~ 8km from Kamunting toll plaza..Almsot similar distance if you enter from teh South to Taiping town area..There are lotsa cheap hotels in the Town ctr but other than Legend Inn & Sri Malaysia, dunno how's the condition of those pre-war style hotels
