Looking to install a VS + grounding kit for this month's upgrade.

If the service center can only fit in the rear safetly belt by March next year, will I get saman starting from Jan 1?

I do hope won't get saman-ed on Jan 1 because the service centers only started to fix the seats belts starting Dec 16th.
Perodua said they have to fix the seat belts for 435,000 cars (each car takes half hour to one half hours) and there's no way they could do it within two weeks even if they open 24hours.
