My brake light doesn't come out. i've already change the 3rd brake light bulb, check the fuse (under the hood and under dashboard) and it is still ok but when i press the brake all three lights doesn't come out..how?

hey guys, need help here!
My brake light doesn't come out. i've already change the 3rd brake light bulb, check the fuse (under the hood and under dashboard) and it is still ok but when i press the brake all three lights doesn't come out..how? |
