This morning I heard in the news that Arsenal is prepared to offer Jack Wilshere a new contract despite him having 2 1/2 years in his current contract that would raise his salary to 80,000 pounds a week and the captain's armband in the near future.

It seems that there'll be a lot of activities in the January transfer whats with Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool seek to bolster their squads. I honestly hope Arsenal won't use the same excuse about how we can't compete with them in the transfer market. Just buy already. I for one am desperate to see Arsenal buy someone solid in DM and LB position.
