currently i am using nikon d7000... it says it able to rush up to 100 with basic,and i tested it work. just that raw unable to catch up

my D70s still nice 
but i think dont even got 30k shutter count. maybe 20k only 

wanna ask sifus,

If shot in color, jpeg, and intended to convert to B&W, cant we say that white balance is no longer important?

Will different white balance give different result?

i have d3100 and planned to buy tamron 17-50mm f2.8 vc. this lens have focus motor?
