Invest in property not just looking at LRT or MRT simple like tat....if LRT or MRT is major focal point... Then every one can b Sifu or master in property investment..Just choose project tat has LRT or MRT...for me LRT or MRT is additional value but not 100% must..
Invest in property involve huge of money now day...
So as a prospectus buyer....u must very clear wat is ur main objective .. Own stay? Flip? Passive income..? Etc...
Every buyer will has different objective behind....cannot say right or wrong...

Asked SA b4, they said only biggest size unit (15xxsf) come with 2 side by side car parks...

For those buyers thought all units come with 2 car parks mayb careless...just think all high end condo will come with 2 car parks by default...

Can forsee...in future when the price of property is too high and unsustainable by most of Malaysian, car park will bcome hot investment option...like Hong Kong which can sell at RM500k per car park....

So better get more car parks...hehe tongue.gif

1. Architectual design = Wow!!! No doubt....
2. Location = Ok...
3. Living environment = Surrounded by flats, old shop lots....Sentul West mayb will do better to upgrade living quality...but from master plan...all the coming developments will be high end condos...is a good environment? how is the impact to overall Sentul? ....only time will give the answer...

bangsar south got msc status, sunway & icity also applying msc, now sentul also wan msc....then who invest in cyberjaya really chiak lat ...no more selling point

Frankly speaking, 1min time limit to choose a unit of RM1mil is a big challenge. However, if you have done your homework and calculation well enough, you should know which unit on which floor is bigger or smaller for the same type based on the building design. Of course, you need to be the first few to choose. Else, you may need to prepare your Plan B or C or even up to Z if your choice unit has been taken.

Everyone in this line is looking for best investment in maximising the profit, early bird gets the worm and fastest bird will get the fattest one. Happy investing  rclxm9.gif
