Totally agree. One can see that sales of condos above a certain threshold ( its different in different locations) are slow. It used to be 500k a few years ago, today is 1 plus million. Probably will be higher 3 years down the road. But my statement is really in response to question what if 50% of owners in Fennel were to throw their units at below market value..

Haters thought the psf price is too high. But many people are buying still. I bet many haters haven't even visited the place and understand the project.

Anyway, 4.5 years is a long long time. We are talking about a lot of "IFs" here. If you think the price is high, don't buy. Many other will buy anyway. If you think bubble is going to burst, then all projects in KV also will be affected. Not only this one.

If you think the project is attractive and worth the money, then stick with your plan. 4.5 years down the road you will know whether you made the right decision or not  thumbup.gif

Frankly, my only complaint is that Francis Teoh is uncharacteristically slow in ramping up this project. I'm confident he can do it well but moving like a snail lah!

Francis yeoh just announced quarterly results for ytl land..revenue 117m and profits 4.5m..mainly from Capers. 4.5m?? Only???!

When it comes to good stuff like crematorium, cemetery, feng shui etc, its Never Never Land and Superstitions. Some believes these with great fervour but others think its BS. At end of day, it all comes back to yourself. If not comfortable, then go elsewhere. Why lose sleep over it? whistling.gif
