Since so many people are interested with Type A layout, I attached herewith a reference from Block D.
In my opinion, Block D is a mirror image of Block B, so more or less the layout would be the same.

I drove past the road in front of Sentul Pasar everyday and wonder when will the land be developed the piece of land. Anyway, found out that other than YTL, there is another developer called ELANG WAH who has submitted a plan to develop 5 storey office block (right beside YTL land). Ref source : http://www.epbt.gov.my/osc/Proj1_Info.cfm?Name=526232&S=SYTL has plan to build 150 unit of low cost unit and mix development project there. See attached picture. Pardon me for the awful drawing
