Assuming layout similar to precious block , one floor has three units of ur type. 40 floor has 120 units. So as long as u r within 100 in the queue u should be able to get. But if budget is 900 k...........Hard to say.. Last launch they said indicative 650 psf. But act pricing for type A min is 660 psf.

If die die must get one go for type C. CHEAPEST and will be snapped up fastest Lowest psf oso:)

Don't have details. If using block A as reference all type A should be facing pool (south). As some forumers pointed out, the unit nearest to LRT track will get KLCC view. The middle one glimpse of it. While the third one no klcc view. Just pool view.

Estimated got 20 ppl?

Queue number around 30 plus....

Since so many people are interested with Type A layout, I attached herewith a reference from Block D.

In my opinion, Block D is a mirror image of Block B, so more or less the layout would be the same.

Probably true. I have frens in top10 too. Not too sure if they r buying for own stay. But one of them brought family along. Mummy daddy oso queue. So those are more likely buying for own stay

U can check back previous post by LL CHIN about Sentul Master plan. Are u 5th or 6th in queue?

Other than same product from YTL and designed by RT+Q they r very much different. Different diff, capers Lower density, floor plan different. May I know why r u asking?

YTL no longer offering DIBS from 16 Dec. still got around 20plus unit left. Those who purchase now can entitled for 3% rebate upon VP.

Does any one know when will ytl be launching the latest
Development in front of sentul pasar? Saw workers putting barricade/fence these few days . They just demolished some old ktm squatters weeks ago

Did anyone notice that YTL has changed the architect firm? No longer Singapore RT+Q. Did the same case happen to CAPERS?

I received similar notice too. But the deadline was mid April. I called ytl early April and were told the bank notify them quite late. In the end they manage to bank in the interest on the last day itself. Since it was the first interest payment, I just wanna be sure they got it right.

Urs is block A?

I gave them a call to enquire about purchase of additional car park. No specific date was given as the management has not decided how many car parks available for sales.

I drove past the road in front of Sentul Pasar everyday and wonder when will the land be developed the piece of land.
Anyway, found out that other than YTL, there is another developer called ELANG WAH who has submitted a plan to develop
5 storey office block (right beside YTL land).

Should be 4th floor. 5 floor parking not counted. Still got 38 floor to go. 3 more years. Still a bit slow... haha.
