hi,anyone have idea where is this photoetched part comes from? it dropped off from my HWE 458 italia sweat.gif
its a nearly square 5mm mesh

Lol this is the reason why the Italia is one model I play with the least.
It has the most mini parts falling off compared to my other models.
Be very careful.

* not my pic
i still havnt play wif it haha
i found it on the floor after i done inspection on it and wonder why is there a photoetched part on floor  rclxub.gif
the photoetched parts are easy to drop off mayb due to the age of the diecast..the glue may start malfunction
*
Well my front Ferrari horse came off, the ferrari emblem in the engine came off, the front windshield came off.
Old age? Nah, i think it's more like bad QC.
Don't touchy touchy so much yeah hahaha.

eBay?

The next best price is about 700 bucks, and one guy is selling SE for 800.

Yeap act fast or gone forever.
But Scuderia, not much to worry la got quite a number on eBay.

Just to inform, I just got my CMC Mercedes SLR McLaren in Silver from eBay last few weeks ago. Due to the starting bid of RM1500+ only me and another guy bid for it. End up I paid almost RM1800 for the car INCLUDING shipping.

But few days ago, I monitored the same car on eBay from a Singaporean seller. This time he start from a really low price. The auction ended with A LOT of bidders at RM2125 excluding shipping. So if you don't act fast, market price could go up fast, and "Buy It Now" sellers are not putting their price tags anywhere near the market price. Good luck though! smile.gif

As requested by derrick_cls, I've decided to snap some simple photos of things I find interesting about the CMC SLR.

Overall the car is beautiful, not to mention HEAVY. At least it feels solid.
Details are amazing, materials used oh the leather feels and smells so good.
Only that I'm disturbed they made a 4x4 version instead of the usual low SLR.

Why I got this?
As a kid, this car was one of the highlights of my childhood. Means a lot to me to finally have one. smile.gif

geeamino, derrick: Thanks! Basically the most prized possession I have in my collection smile.gif

Anyways, I have one more car I'd like to share.

user posted image

I bought this through eBay on April 18. Though I asked for tracking number a few times, the seller didn't provide me with any.
On June 11, it would be 45 days after the transaction, in which if there's a problem, that's the expiration date to open any dispute/case to resolve the matter.
My item hasn't arrived, so I opened a dispute, which would automatically close on the 27th of June.
The seller only sent another one on the 20th (thank goodness he has extras), but on the 27th there was no sign of delivery here.
So I escalated the dispute into a claim, handling the case over to PayPal to resolve.
While waiting, PayPal asked me for my response to the seller which provided PayPal with the tracking number of the 2nd shipment.
So I used this opportunity to hold out a little more since Pos Laju said it has arrived at the post office near my house.
Finally, yesterday the item arrived. Claim was cancelled. But the first one is still wandering around onlyGodknowswhere.

The seller was quite slow in responding, but at least he was co-operative and not rude.

Anyways, if any of you guys interested in this model can pm me, the seller has somemore I think.

Hey guys hows it goin'? wink.gif

Just wanna ask how do you guys keep your boxes, especially those like Kyosho's and Norev where you can't fold them?
I stack mine up temporarily since I'm shifting next year (it fell on me when I tried re-stacking haha).

Anyways, check out this eBay seller, selling Mondo Motors at a thousand bucks! mad.gif

The taillight issue is similar to the Bugatti VSS right :/
I'd definitely prefer clear taillights.
