I've discovered that it's the 3G data connection that is draining the battery. If you turn it off while you're at home or in the office with WiFi, then the battery will last a lot longer. Unfortunately, the down side of this is that WiFi only seems to become active if you bring your phone out of standby (pressing the power button) and you lose auto notification of email coming in, etc.

There is no need for that...you can flash the zip file directly without going back to 4.1.2....it will work
On stock or on custom kernel, the heating problem is still there..
Its just that on stock, thermal protection limit have been increased to gives more space for performance....

You can visit General Discussiom section in XDA to find which apps can be safely removed..

If youre lazy to do that, just flash magic rom which is stock based with lots of bloatware removed and themed perfectly...

My expectation of full system backup is now my phone still in stock JB with rooting done only, let say I do custom kernel or rom later and encounter problem, can I restore the previous back so that the phone still back to the date where my phone still in stock rom and rooting only?
